Once again Bali has become the victim of irresponsible people who has triggered another black Sunday evening. We are Balinese people so sad and shocked for the tragedy that happened in Kuta and Jimbaran on October 1, 2005. Even if we are very sad and surprise of this tragedy, We, Balinese people kept strongly in our mind message of "Tat Twam Asi" which has a meaning each soul, without exception, is part of a unified cosmos; each person is God-like and God is found in every man. I am you and your are me; Thou art that and That thou art.
It has come to our surprise, that the recent bomb blast has involved at least 3 blasting source. The first occurred at 19.45 at Nyoman Cafe, one of several popular cafes in Jimbaran Beach. The next bomb exploded only in last than a minute in Menega Cafe in a very short distance with the previous one. Then the third bomb exploded in Raja Cafe located in central Kuta area. Up till now Bali's Chief of Police, Made Mangku Pastika and team still investigating and It considered to be a suicide bombers.
For our valuable guests, we saying that condition in Bali after Bali blast still conducive, activity run normally, the impact of these bombings chain is not as bigger as the previous Tragedy. According the statement issued by the BHA (bali hotel association) and consistent with press reports, no hotels were affected by the blasts with all member properties reporting normal business flows and only a minimal number of people leaving the island early.
Bali is huge, not only Kuta & Jimbaran we have Ubud, West Bali, North Bali, East Bali for travel destination. We surely said that magellan only used specific hotels and resorts which is consist of very limited guests as we concern with quality, services and life style and then focus with the convenience of stay. We never suggest our guests for common tours and activities which are mostly took in crowded situation. But, magellan always use different way and specific selection of destination.
